Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the product in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing products through our online store, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

If your order contains several products that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last product.

You may use the standard withdrawal form provided by us, but you are not required to use a specific form as long as your written statement clearly indicates your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Returning the Products

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

The products should be returned in a condition that allows us to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may handle and inspect the products to the extent necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, as you would be able to do in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Personalised Products

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded under the right of withdrawal, as these products are made according to the customer's individual specifications or are clearly personalised.

This exclusion applies where the relevant legal requirements for the exception to the right of withdrawal are met.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the order, please contact us before returning it. In such cases, we will provide further instructions regarding the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, or receive evidence that you have sent it back, we will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

We may postpone the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will include the payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by us, the additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this Return & Refund Policy.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an exception provided by applicable law applies.

Depending on the type of products sold, this may include, for example:

• products made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised products;

• products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed;

• other products or services for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.

These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal requirements are met.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges of products. If you would like a different size, colour or product, you may return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale or promotional period are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as products purchased at the regular price.

A discounted price does not remove or limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
